The Long Island Sound Futures Fund (LISFF) makes grants totaling $1 million+ annually to protect and restore the Long Island Sound and its watershed in New York and Connecticut. The LISFF will be soliciting proposals to secure clean water and healthy watersheds, restore thriving habitats and abundant wildlife, and engage the public in creating sustainable and resilient communities of Long Island Sound. The next grants cycle Request for Proposals (RFP) will be announced in late March 2016. Workshops & Webinars: A series of workshops and one webinar will be offered to help potential applicants apply for grants. Presenters will provide an overview of the grant guidelines and be available to discuss your proposed project ideas.

Who should attend: Eligible applicants include non-profit 501(c) organizations, state government agencies, local governments, municipal governments, Indian tribes, and educational institutions.
