Proposals Sought for Tool to Measure Nitrogen Reductions

NEIWPCC is seeking applicants to evaluate and recommend a nonpoint source pollution and stormwater tracking tool for the Long Island Sound watershed to quantitatively measure nitrogen reductions and support long term Total Maximum Daily Load evaluations.
